Counter25 has operated a physical exchange desk at dbolaz, Ggaba Road, Bunga, Kampala since 2021. You can walk in, meet the agent face to face, and complete your trade at the desk — no screen required.

Online orders work the same way. A named Counter25 agent contacts you on WhatsApp before any money moves. We do not release crypto until we see your payment. We do not send your payout until your wallet confirms receipt. Both sides are verified every time, no exceptions.

We are not anonymous. Our agents are known, accountable, and reachable — and if anything goes wrong, you have a real person to call.

1. Go to the exchange page, choose Buy, pick your coin (USDT, BTC, ETH, or SOL), and enter the amount.
2. You get a quote showing the exact rate and total in UGX or NGN — no hidden extras.
3. Confirm the order. A Counter25 agent contacts you on WhatsApp, usually within 5 minutes.
4. Send the UGX (or NGN) to the Airtel number or bank account the agent gives you.
5. The agent confirms receipt and sends your crypto to the wallet address you provide — most orders done in under 10 minutes.

No wallet yet? Tell the agent when they reach you. They will walk you through getting one set up before the trade goes through.

2. You get a quote showing how much UGX or NGN you will receive.
3. Confirm the order. A Counter25 agent contacts you on WhatsApp.
4. Send your crypto to the wallet address the agent gives you.
5. Once the transaction confirms on-chain (under 2 minutes for USDT TRC20; a bit longer for BTC depending on network), the agent sends your payout — same day.

Your agent stays on WhatsApp with you from step 3 to step 5. If there is any network delay, they update you immediately.

Counter25 quotes a single all-in rate. The rate already includes our spread (the difference between the market price and what we offer you). There is no platform fee on top, no withdrawal charge, no deduction that appears after you pay.

The quote you see in the calculator is the rate the agent confirms before any money moves. Rates shift with the market, so check today's numbers on the Rates page. If the market moves sharply while your order is open, the agent tells you and you decide whether to continue.

We earn through the spread, not through surprise charges. If a quote ever looks different from what you expected, ask the agent to explain it — they are required to.

You pay in your local currency — UGX in Uganda, NGN in Nigeria. When you confirm an order, the agent sends you the exact amount and the payment details for that order (we settle through Airtel in Uganda, or a bank transfer in Nigeria).

You do not need to download a separate app or set up anything special — the agent walks you through it the first time.

We are open Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp us before you travel so we can confirm availability — larger orders sometimes need a bit of advance notice for float. Small and mid-size trades are usually handled on the spot.

Contact your agent directly on WhatsApp. Every order is tied to a named agent who is responsible for it from start to finish. If you cannot reach them, message the main Counter25 WhatsApp number and the team steps in.

We keep a record of every order: payment reference, transaction ID, wallet address, and timestamp. We can trace exactly what happened.

Most problems sort out quickly. The most common ones: a payment network delay (the agent waits and updates you), a slow on-chain confirmation (normal for BTC at peak times), or a question about the rate (we honor the rate in the confirmed quote, always).

To place an order online you need a Counter25 account — just your email and a password. For most everyday trades that is all we ask.

For larger amounts (above roughly 5 million UGX equivalent), the agent will ask for a quick ID check — a photo of your national ID is enough. This protects both you and us. We do not share your details with third parties.

If you prefer to trade in person at dbolaz, bring your national ID for anything above the small-trade threshold. Walk-ins for small amounts are straightforward — the agent handles everything at the desk.
